Roots Type Blower Servicing
IBS can service most roots type blower makes and models on site. This usually includes changing the inlet filter, checking/changing belts utilising laser alignment equipment, oil change, greasing of bearings (where relevant), blower internal check, pressure relief valve and non-return valve check (where possible) and bearing check (where the machine is able to run).

Risk Assessments and Method Statements are provided for all site work.

If required we can provide customers with preventative maintenance programs subject to a site survey as necessary.

Process Engineering
On site services we can offer include:

• Complete Refurbishment of Existing Plant including:
  Blowers, diverters, blowing seals, sifters

Site Surveys
IBS can provide the following services based on a site survey.

• Preventative maintenance programs
• Total cost of ownership (TCO) : Evaluation of total costs including running costs. IBS are able to provide performance evaluations on electrical equipment to highlight potential energy savings which may be afforded by introduction of more efficient equipment.

Energy Audits
IBS have introduced energy consumption audits to their services. Based on a site survey we can provide a report detailing our findings and any applicable recommendations for energy savings. Typical areas that are evaluated include:

• Drives
• Room ventilation
• Filter efficiencies
• Pipe layout
• Machine running configuration

IBS are able to provide performance evaluations on electrical equipment to highlight potential energy cost savings which may be afforded by the introduction of more efficient equipment.

The Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) can also be provided. This procedure evaluates the clients total expenditure for the equipment including running costs.
